COVID-19 Office Policies

Effective: June 3, 2020; Last Updated: June 18, 2020

Face coverings

Our office requires everyone to wear face coverings. If you forget to bring your face covering from home, a face mask will be provided. Anyone opposed to wearing a face covering can call or email to schedule a telehealth session.

Social distancing

Our office requires everyone to remain 6 ft apart from others. We have floor markers to help everyone maintain a safe distance. Anyone opposed to social distancing can call or email to schedule a telehealth session.

Hand sanitizer

Our office is providing hand sanitizer in the lobby and in the counseling session. It will be readily accessible to everyone and is recommended and encouraged but not required.

Disinfect hard surfaces

Our office is disinfecting hard surfaces between counseling sessions. We have removed all soft surfaces (couches and cushioned chairs) and temporarily replaced them with hard surfaces (plastic chairs and vinyl covers). Anyone who opposes the use of hard surfaces can call or email to schedule a telehealth session.

Temperature checks

Our office requires temperature checks using a touchless thermometer prior to each counseling session. Anyone opposed to having their temperature checked can call or email to schedule a telehealth session.

No visitors

Our office is currently limited to clients only. This means non-client visitors cannot wait in the lobby. Small children are not allowed in our office at this time. If a client is an adolescent, we are requesting that only 1 parent/guardian wait in the lobby.
